Deb Lanier, Founder / Speaker

After receiving a vision about a "women's retreat on wheels" ministry, Deb is excited and passionate about "passing on" what has been so freely given to her-the love of Jesus. She desires to encourage others to receive His love, follow the Great Commission and "pass it on." Deb is a professional counselor, a retired high school educator and coach. She is attends church in Kentucky, leads worship for small groups and for jail ministry, is a mother of two adult children, and a grandmother.

 

 

Erin Campbell, Speaker

After surrendering to Jesus in her mid-thirties, Erin was finally freed from life-threatening addictions and devastating shame. Nothing could have prepared her for this new abundant life! Today, Erin encourages women to take risks by becoming “Captivating Women of Influence”! Erin is host and Executive Producer of the nationally syndicated Christian talk radio program;

Rosalyn Cox, Speaker

Rosalyn received Christ in her early thirties.  While raising teenagers, she was glad to rely on the love and guidance of Christ to rear her daughters, who are now both mothers themselves. Rosalyn serves as a Chaplain within the local justice system and is a member of the Ministry Team at church. Rosalyn feels God has called her to impart the message of grace, beauty, integrity, maturity and authority to His women and to help raise up laborers to go into a greater harvest.

 

Claudia Finkler, Speaker

Claudia feels truly blessed by the faithfulness of God's hand on her family through many trials.  Claudia believes that the battle was won once and for all on the cross, and that the blood of Jesus washes all of our sins away -  there is nothing too hard for the Lord. She also believes we have all been given spiritual gifts and those gifts are to be used by us, through the Holy Spirit, to bring salvation to the unbeliever and freedom to the people of God.  God has chosen Claudia to be one of His handmaidens, bringing love and truth to women through ministry and prayer at the local jail.  She is an intercessor for her church, actively involved in feeding and clothing the poor, and works with Aglow International.  God has sent Claudia on two mission trips to Mexico visiting orphanages while helping to building a church.

                                                       

 

Pamela Kammerer, Speaker

Pamela Kammerer is a licensed substance abuse counselor working with high school students involved in alcohol and drug related issues. Surprisingly enough Pamela grew up with an alcoholic father, which explains her deep down passion for hurting families and those trapped in addictions. Through her faith she encourages and challenges those struggling with difficult life issues to recognize God’s purpose working in their own life, then help others find worth as we travel on this journey.

 

 

Paula Russell – Speaker

Author of the acclaimed book “Set Free From Me”, Paula has captivated audiences all over the country with her powerful teachings and spiritual insight. Paula and her husband are co-pastors of New Hope Christian Center – a spiritual hospital in the heart of Newport, KY. Her dynamic teaching ministry is enhanced by her experience as a licensed clinical counselor and as a special education teacher in the public school system. She has a unique and transparent approach that brings encouragement and empowerment to those destined to become effective leaders in the Body of Christ.

 

 

Connie Ryan, Worship Leader

Connie Ryan enjoys pursuing the presence of God, chasing after the "hem of HIS garment"...and more. Connie has been leading worship in various churches in the Tri-state area for most of her adult life, and wholeheartedly believes that worship is the key to entering the presence of God. Connie models worship around the Biblical principles of entering His gates with thanksgiving and His courts  with praise. Then, through confession and repentance we submit our mind, will & emotions to Christ, finding ourselves free to enter the Most Holy Place - ready to simply worship Him in spirit and in truth.

 

Cynthia Thompson, Speaker

Cynthia Thompson has a passion for seeing God’s people set free from everything that would hinder them from walking in the fullness of what God has predestined for their life. Herself, having been in bondage to the spirit of fear for most of her life, she now ministers with passion deliverance through the word of God. She is an encourager who moves in the Prophetic and often shares her insights in women’s ministries and speaks into the heart of all ages. She is fluent in Spanish, and has a keen ability to transcend cultural barriers. 

 

 

Sandy Wenger, Speaker

Sandy serves as part-time chaplain for two Cincinnati area hospitals, and recently ended a five-year assignment as lay pastor of a church in rural Clermont County.  She has also worked in children’s and youth ministries. With more than 22 years of 12-step recovery experience, Sandy shares her spirituality, experience, strength, and hope with other women who are desperately trying to change their lives. A steadfast prayer warrior, Sandy is actively involved with Church Women United, Northern Kentucky Interfaith Commission, and ECHO Soup Kitchen.

Heather Adam, On-Site Prayer Intercessor


Heather lives in Indiana with her husband and their two boys.  She home schools, loves to lead Bible study, and is just learning how to can vegetables.  Heather accepted Jesus when she was 16 years old, but learning obedience to the Lord and a willingness to listen to His voice came much later in life.  Although Heather feels she still has a long way to go, in every respect, she has come to understand that Jesus is her ‘bread’ and there truly is no life apart from Him.

 

 

Laura Cantor, Promotional Leader

Laura, having lost her first husband to an unexpected and early death, has a
passion to minister to other grieving women. Now remarried, Laura lives on
the West side of Cincinnati with her husband and their two Golden
Retrievers, Norman and Lucy.

Laura came to know the love of Jesus through a woman's small group Bible
study 9 years ago. She enjoys the Lord's sense of humor most of all, and
feels that is what has taught her how to laugh at her own shortcomings, and
how to take life less seriously.
 

 

Chuck Catanese, Technical Support

Chuck has served POM since July 2006, doing web site work.  He also serves Logic Ministries as Secretary and Treasurer since 2003.  In addition, he founded  ChristianCall.com which serves 6 other ministries, serving the kingdom in 4 countries.   He also likes overseas missions and has made 5 trips to Haiti.  He lives and attends church in Kentucky.  Chuck's goal in life is simple, get to heaven and take as many people with him as possible.

 

 

 

Lisa Demaree, Prayer Warrior

Lisa is the contact person between the church and Pass it on Ministries.  In October she will have been the ministry for two years. She enjoys working with each church being the first connection between the church and P.O.M. Lisa has seen what awesome things happen during each church's retreat, so she is always excited to be able to work with each individual church. 

 

 

 


Barb Eppich, POM Prayer Coordinator

Barb has a passion to see women walk fully in knowing Who they belong to. Her heart’s desire is to see women take their rightful place in the Body of Christ.  She has led various ministries through different seasons of her life and is currently in pastoral ministry to the poor and hungry.  Barb has three grown daughters, two wonderful son-in-laws, and three grandchildren.  Her greatest joy is knowing Jesus and witnessing lives transformed through His Holy Spirit.

 

 

 

Patricia Fouts, On-Site Prayer Intercessor

Patricia received Jesus in her twenties and has repeatedly witnessed God's ability to show Himself strong and faithful in all things.  She has learned He is her Daddy, with loving arms surrounding her at all times.  Pat has experienced God’s help as she recovered from a “toxic” church experience, survived a divorce, and helped her provide for seven children as a single Mom.  Jesus has walked with her through the death of a daughter and the pains her surviving children have experienced through life’s unexpected challenges.  God has delivered Pat from feelings of abandonment and healed a heart filled with sorrows.  As a result, Pat has a passion for single moms, encouraging them to CHOOSE God’s best, to rise up and stand on God’s promises, to walk in all He provided at Calvary, and to not live according to circumstances, feelings, or  the lies the devil wants them to believe.

 

Lawrenceene Howard, Follow-up Coordinator

Lawrenceene came to the Lord in 2000 after a personal experience with Jesus. She relocated to a different city in December 2005 to follow the Lord. She has a passion to serve God's people and is known for and is a "Woman after God's own heart"!

 

 

 

 

Marilyn McGinley, Administrative Assistant

Marilyn was invited to attend church with a friend she hadn't seen in a while (and you know already what Jesus was up to! ).  That day Jesus called her to the altar to surrender her life to Him and she ran to Him as fast as she could.  Her life has never been the same.  Marilyn is so excited and grateful to be a part of the POM Team and accepted the invitation when asked to be the administrative assistant for this wonderful ministry.  God is so good!

 

 

 

Bobbie Murphy, Southern KY Liaison


Bobbie is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and four grandchildren ages four, seven, ten, and eleven.  She loves spending time with her family, working with and ministering to the women at her church, and leading Beth Moore bible studies.  Bobbie also owns and operates five Subway stores in the Southern Kentucky area and loves to use her business to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.

 

 

 

Rita Parr, Email Prayer Warrior Coordinator

I have been attending the local church for 9 years and it was through a small group that I met Deb Lanier. It has been so rewarding to work with these wonderful Godly women in this ministry. My life has been enriched because of their friendships.  I am a retired teacher, mother of 4 children and grandmother to six beautiful children.

 

 

 

 

Sue Reed, On-Site Prayer Intercessor


Redeemed when she was fifteen, Sue’s life journeys includes college, marriage, two sons, the death of her husband when her children were very young, and a 25-year career as a social worker at a hospital and also for the state of Kentucky.  Through her experiences, Sue has learned she truly can do all things through Christ who strengthens her. Since retiring, Sue has been active in her church serving on the prayer team and helping with the children’s ministry.  In addition, she has a nursing home ministry, serves as a volunteer at a food pantry, and has been on numerous mission trips to Mexico, Africa, and England.  Through her passion to respond to the Lord’s question, “Can you not pray with Me one hour?” Sue continues to realize prayer is the way to keep our focus on where God is leading.
 

Denise Siemer, On-Site Coordinator


Denise has been married for thirty years, raising five sons with her husband. The second half of her life is spent giving to the community by volunteering as an advisor and mentor.  In addition to this, Denise enjoys teaching parenting classes at a pregnancy center where she uses her experiences and knowledge to teach others.  The Father’s love has been revealed to Denise, causing her heart’s desire to show that love to others, guiding them to where they can position themselves to receive and experience Him.
 

 

 

Teri Surface, Northern KY Liaison


Teri has been married for 20 years and they have a teenage son and daughter. Teri and her husband have a ministry with Christian Motorcycle Association and love to get out on the open road and go where God leads.  Life has been an incredible journey!  After being set free from many addictions herself, Teri’s heart is to see women set free to love and serve Jesus.
 

 

 

 

Dianne Thompson, Treasurer

Dianne is a self-employed CPA, specializing in individual tax and small business consulting. Her community activities include being Treasurer for several non-profit Christian organizations, including Pass it on Ministries, Water Through the Word, and Transformation Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. She is the mother of two adult daughters. Her passion is prayer and breaking strongholds in financial areas.
